How do you ensure freshness?

We place great emphasis on safe food handling to provide your pet with nothing but the freshest food. Our strict cold chain practices ensure that ingredients are kept in temperature-controlled environments throughout our entire supply chain. All products are hygienically vacuum-sealed and never exposed above 4°C to prevent bacteria growth. This means that they are fresher than the meat at regular butcheries or supermarkets! 

Where do you source your meats?

All our meats are approved by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA). They are sourced from ethical and established producers across the globe, with the highest certifications in quality assurance and hygienic practices. Thus far, we deal with suppliers from Australia, Europe, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, USA, and the list is growing to strengthen our supply choice and security.

Why do you only have selected meat cuts?

When it comes to nutrition, not all cuts are made equal and many do not achieve complete nutritional coverage. Accounting for our pets’ ancestral and evolving dietary requirements, we only select cuts with the richest nutrients and balanced for raw feeding purposes. Our premium cuts provide the best balance of protein, fat, vitamins and minerals. Cheaper offcuts or certain muscle groups lack the nutrient profile that our pets require - there is no need for us to offer you products that are unnecessary!
